MHZ has been asked to develop a pre-concept for two adjacent Villas in Riyadh in Andalusian style with Moorish influence. The project brief is asking to design an architectural concept of the complex including gardens area with family amenities, styled and casual gardens with water features and shaded porticos.
The design started from a study of the volumes and building masses to investigate the potential of the site and establish built up area and volumes of the buildings as well as a preliminary facade design and building style.
